1. ACCEPTANCE

All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.
2. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Use of the Products and Services is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that InkjetRemix.com may terminate your access or to any of the Products and Services should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or any other guidelines and rules published by InkjetRemix.com. Any such termination shall be in InkjetRemix.com' sole discretion and may occur without prior notice, or any notice. InkjetRemix.com further reserves the right to terminate any user's access or to any of the Products and Services for any conduct that InkjetRemix.com, in its sole discretion, believes is or may be directly or indirectly harmful to other users, to InkjetRemix.com or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or business contractors, or to other third parties, or for any conduct that violates any local, state, federal, or foreign laws or regulations. InkjetRemix.com further reserves the right to terminate any user's access or to any of the Products and Services for any reason or for no reason at all, in InkjetRemix.coms’ sole discretion, without prior notice, or any notice.
InkjetRemix.com does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
3. REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY

6. TERMINATION
InkjetRemix.com or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all InkjetRemix.com sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the "Materials"). InkjetRemix.com may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
7. JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota, united States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Except as otherwise described, all materials in this site are made available only for informational purposes. InkjetRemix.com makes no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this site from other locations you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities.
8. DIGITAL SIGNATURE PROVISIONS
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power and authority to agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of your self and the member, buyer or supplier participating in the Site. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. InkjetRemix.com can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. InkjetRemix.com products and services are available in many parts of the world. However, this Radisson.com site may describe products and services that are not available worldwide.
